Q: Can I customise the cake with names or colours?
A: Sorry, but Nope. Our cakes are made exactly as pictured. What you see is what you get — simple, stress-free, and perfect every time.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Yes!  Place your order before 11 am weekdays and we’ll deliver your cake in our Brisbane areas on the same day.

Q: Are your cakes suitable for children with dietary restrictions?
A: Choose our Gluten Free Salted Caramel for the Gluten Free option. -

Q: What about Nuts?
A: We understand it is crucial have clear and accurate information about our baking ingredients and practices, especially when it comes to dietary needs. - 

• We do not use or put any nuts in our cakes, cupcakes, batters or buttercream.
• While are extreme care is taken to avoid any cross-contamination. Please be aware, we are a full scratch kitchen and there are nuts are present (mainly hazelnuts and almonds) 
• Our external ingredients such as flour and chocolate are manufactured in factories that process nuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% nut-free.
• Please note that Macarons are made with almond meal and are used as decorations on some of our cakes
