Terms of service

We strive for perfection with every cake we make here at Cute Cakes & Co; however, sometimes items need to be addressed. Please read our policies below if you have any queries or concerns with your order.​

Online cake images

  • The colours and finish may vary due to monitor variations and screen configurations.
  • Slight colour and overall finish differences can occur between each finished cake, due to the handmade nature of our products. Cake stands are not included and have been used for styling purposes only.

Fresh flowers

  • If you have chosen a cake with fresh flowers, please note that these are not edible and need to be removed before serving. Also, whilst every attempt is made replicate the image shown, the variety, colours and sizes may vary depending on seasonal availability. This is a mother nature thing and whilst every attempt is made, we cannot control her.

Allergen information

  • All cakes and edible products have been made using ingredients and on equipment that may contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy and other known allergens. All of these products are made and sit-in a facility that holds and interacted with these ingredients therefore there is no 100% guarantee that they are free of the specific ingredients. This includes the Gluten-free cakes.
  • Our cakes and edible products are made using high quality ingredients including free-range eggs, Australian butter and dairy.  

Returns, cancellations and postponements

  • Our products are perishable, once we've made your item we cannot provide returns due to a simple change of mind. 
  • If you require to cancel your order you need to do so 72 hours before your order is due. There is a 20% processing fee for refunds. 
  • If you require to postpone your order, we require 72 hours notice. Your order can be on hold maximum of 30 days.  

Faulty products/damages

If you receive a faulty or damaged cake, please photograph the damages & contact us immediately (within 24 hours) via Hello@cutecakesandco.com.au 

A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Please note that we're not responsible for damages or faults caused by mishandled products during transport, set-up, or anytime they leave our shop or our care. 

Refunds

If your order is eligible for a refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. 

Payments

  • Payments are securely processed by our payment partner 
  • We do not hold or store credit card details.

    • Payment of orders and design approval is considered acceptance of all terms and conditions.
