Refund policy

We strive for perfection with every cake we make here at Cute Cakes & Co; however, sometimes items need to be addressed.

If you are not happy with our product, photograph the complaint/damages, do not consume - place back in the original packaging and contact us immediately (within 12 hours)

1. Faulty or Damages 

1a) If you receive a damaged cake from our delivery service - Do not except the Items.
Immediate actions : Notify our Delivery Driver, they will contact us, then we can work together on a solution.
A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

2a) If you are not happy with our product, do not consume - photograph the complaint/damages immediately (within 12 hours of receiving your items) contact us via email : Hello@cutecakesandco.com.au 
 Place item back in the original packaging and return the item within 24 hours . 

3a) We are not responsible for damages or faults caused by mishandled products after collection from our store, or has been delivered be our delivery service. 
This includes during transport, set-up, or anytime after they leave our shop

2. Returns

Our products are perishable, we cannot provide returns due to a simple change of mind. 

3. Refunds

If your order is eligible for a refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
We do not store, hold or know any of your credit or debit card details, therefore we rely on secured payments systems and banks to process the refund. This may take up to 5 working days. 
There is a 20% fee of the total order value for cancellation/refunds of any kind. 

Note :  We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
