Delivery:

• You will be given the option of adding the delivery to your order at the checkout. It is a separate items price that you can choose to add. 
• Our delivery service is a 20km radius.
• Please note we do not delivery to parks, outside play grounds or green-spaces, airports and other areas that do not have safe available to loading zones. .                                                     
• Delivery is available 6 days a week.
  YES!  That's right even on Saturdays.  If you prefer to pick-up from our store, that's available 7 days a week too. See below for our collection hours. 

Delivery Cost:

• The delivery is an additional cost, it is  calculated based on distance travelled from our studio (  maximum of 20 km from our studio )
• It will be included as an itemised charge on your invoice.
• Staff do not know the cost of delivery, this is computer generated and calculate on distance. 

The delivery time frames: 

PLEASE NOTE: 
While we always strive to provide reliable and timely delivery service, we are unable to guarantee/arrange a specific delivery time with the time frame that are offered. 

Time Frames 

• AM - between 9am and 12:30pm
• PM - between 12:30pm and 5pm.

Additional information:

• We will not leave a cake unattended, unless given written instructions via email prior to delivery.  ( we seriously don't like doing this) 
  
  Be aware, if you give us permission to leave it, it must be in a safe area (undercover, on a table, - don't expect us to put it on the ground). 
  It's best to provide a large esky with a note.
  Remember this is food and will perish very quickly in the hot weather, or rain (remember, Queensland only has two seasons-  blistering heat and soaking wet).
  We will not be held responsible ( especially for the any ants that want a tasty treat). 
  
  
• If we are given a wrong address or the recipient is not there/unable to receive at the time of delivery, the cake will be returned to the store, where you can arrange to collect or another delivery.
  Additional delivery fee will be charged if you wish to have it delivered again. 
  
• Once cake/treat has been delivered to the nominated location, Cute Cakes & Co are not liable for any loss or damage.

• When collecting from our studio please ensure you are happy with your order and all your questions have been answered as once cake/treats have left our studio, Cute Cakes & Co are not liable for any damage or change of mind. 

• Same day delivery, when the order is placed by 11am weekdays ( Brisbane time ).

• All deliveries will be completed before the nominated time frame, however, please allow the fact that traffic delays are sometimes out of our control 
  
  
  

If you've already placed an order and selected pickup, but now require delivery, or you need us to re-delivery your order.  

Simply click the ORDER DELIVERY button below and then click the 'add to cart' button. When you're at the checkout:
1) choose the date and time of your original order,
2) IMPORTANT- let us know your original order number in the notes section at the checkout.
3) fill in your delivery information - ta-da! You're done

(Note: there is no need to add this if your haven't previously preordered - at the checkout it will automatically ask you about the delivery )
