Are you a licensed kitchen?
Yes! We are a fully licensed kitchen, and we only use the best ingredients to make our products. You can expect to find real butter, free-range eggs and couverture chocolate in our batter and fillings. Delicious!
How much do charge for delivery?
Our delivery fees are calculated based on the distance we have to travel from our studio in Mitchelton, Brisbane, to your location. We only deliver within a 20 km radius of our Brisbane CBD. Your delivery cost will be included as a separate line item on your invoice, so keep an eye out for it. For more information on how deliveries work, see our delivery page.
What if I'm not at home to accept delivery?
Someone has to be home to accept the delivery - our cakes are too hard to pass by and we don't want to risk them being stolen! If no one is home when our delivery driver arrives, he will give the recipient a call or pop off a text message. The delivery driver will then return the cake to our studio in Petrie Terrace. You can either collect the baked goods from our studio or schedule another delivery at an additional cost.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) through our secure third-party payment system. We will not retain any credit card or personal information. We also accept payments through ZIP if you wish to place your order now and pay later.
