Cute Cakes & Co offers premium cake delivery across selected Brisbane suburbs from our kitchen in Mitchelton.
We delivery in our own refrigerated delivery vans and have our team of careful delivery drivers. This means your order stays cold, protected and handled by trained professionals who understand just how delicate their cargo is. - We would never outsource, cut corners, or compromise on service

Every Cute Cakes creation is baked, designed, decorated and packaged with an incredible amount of care and the truth is, getting all these delicate beauties delivered all over Brisbane, while fighting the heat, the rain, the traffic, multiple stops, to arrive safely to your door - in perfect condition, is a very big deal.

We do not deliver on Sundays, but Sunday collection is available from our Mitchelton store.

For many Brisbane metro suburbs
Outer Area Delivery — $29 ( $50 minimum order ) 
For suburbs that are further away or more time-consuming for our drivers.

Monday to Friday order Cut-Off times :
Pick-up: Order before 12:00pm
Delivery: Order before 10:00am

Weekends order Cut-Off
Saturday and Sunday orders must be placed by 4:30pm Friday afternoon.

Delivery Timeframes : 
We always do our best to accommodate delivery preferences where we can, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

On the morning of your delivery day, you’ll receive a text message with a 1-hour delivery window, so you know when to expect your order.
Traffic, weather, parking, multiple stops and safe handling all play a part in the delivery run.

If your event is at a specific time, we strongly recommend having your order delivered the day before and storing it in the fridge overnight.
Don’t Stress — your cake, cupcakes and goodies will be perfect for the next day when stored correctly.
Bonus ✨ that’s one less thing to worry about on the day.

Same-Day Delivery Brisbane
Same-day delivery is available on weekdays for selected products when your order is placed before 10:00am Brisbane time.
As a made-to-order bakery, our orders are freshly prepared before heading out for delivery. Each morning, we carefully plan the day’s delivery run so every cake, cupcake and treat can arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
Because our drivers follow a planned refrigerated route, we cannot pre-book or guarantee exact delivery times.

Hospitals, Hotels and Campuses

• Hospital deliveries are to reception only. We cannot deliver directly to wards, rooms or patients.
• Hotel deliveries will be left with concierge or reception.
• University and campus deliveries require clear building details, a nominated drop-off point and the recipient’s mobile number. Drivers cannot search campus grounds or wait for recipients.
  

Where We Cannot Deliver
For safety, access and cake-quality reasons, we do not deliver to:

• Airports
• Parks
• Playgrounds
• Open public spaces
• Green spaces
• Picnic areas without a fixed address
• Locations without safe loading or handover access

Cakes and our drivers need to be protected. We can only deliver to safe, reliable addresses.

If No One Is Available
We need the mobile number of the person receiving the order.

• If the recipient is not available, cannot be contacted, or the delivery address or phone number is incorrect, the order will be returned to our store. - You can then arrange collection or book another delivery.
• An additional delivery fee will apply if a second delivery is required.
• We do not leave cakes unattended unless we have written instructions before delivery. ( or reply text to the driver message) 
• Our drivers can not wait around for someone to arrive. 

Honestly, we really do not love leaving cakes unattended. If possible, please arrange for a neighbour, reception, concierge or someone nearby to receive it safely.

Permission to Leave
If you give us written permission to leave your order unattended, it must be in a safe, undercover area.
A large esky or box with a clear note is perfect  - Please do not ask us to leave cakes on the ground, outside apartments, on bins, in direct sun, in rain or anywhere unsafe.

Please remember this is food and will perish quickly - Queensland really only has two seasons: blistering heat and soaking wet.

Once your order has been delivered to the nominated location, Cute Cakes & Co is not liable for loss, damage, weather damage, ants, melting or change of mind.

“Do you offer free delivery?”
Great question — and we get it, "Free" sounds great and we could simply increase all our prices call it “FREE DELIVERY”, like every one does.

However, we prefer to keep our cakes as affordable as possible and let you decide whether you’d like to add premium delivery service or to pop in to collect from our store.

Collection/Pick Info

Free Pickup/Collection is available from our Mitchelton store 7 days a week.

Same day collection is available Monday till Friday when you place the order before 12. 
Saturday and Sunday orders must be placed by 4:30pm Friday afternoon. 

If are collecting your goodies yourself, it’s quick, easy, safe and simple.
Straight from our fridges to your cars flat area,- normally the passenger footwell, (never a seat or lap)  with the air-con on and then straight home.

On Collection, our friendly team will happily answer all of your questions and give you cake care instructions, cutting guild ( if required) and transportation information. 

Our collection opening hours are : 

•  Monday to Friday :  9am till 4pm
•  Saturdays :  9am till 1pm
•  Sundays :  9:30am till 11:30.
  
  All orders MUST be collected before close of business. 
  If you are unable to collect in these times, your cake will be waiting for you the next day business day.
  - We will only hold for one day, ( text us, to let us know that you will come in tomorrow)
  When collecting from our store please ensure you are happy with your order and all your questions have been answered. Once your and your order have left our store, Cute Cakes & Co are not liable for any damage or change of mind.

When transporting your cake, place it on a flat surface in the car. The best place is on the passenger side floor with the air conditioning blowing onto your feet.

Keep your cake out of direct sunlight.

Do Not leave your cake in the car attended.

Do Not put your cake on the seat or on a lean.

Keep your cake in the fridge.

Your cake is best eaten at room temperature. We recommend taking your cake out of the fridge 2-3 hours before you plan on serving it. (The warmer the day the less time required to bring it to room temperature. The cooler the day the more time is required.)

Remember to place your cake on a flat surface.

If you receive your cake the day before your event, keep it in the fridge over night and it will be perfect for the following day!

We recommend to enjoy your cake withing three days from it leaving our store. (Remember keep it in the fridge.)
