First Noel Wreath
Hanging a wreath on your door during the holiday season is almost as essential as putting up a Christmas tree. So why not have one for the door and the table?
This decadent chocolate truffle wreath is filled with amazing soft velvety Italian buttercream and white ganache, then a generous drizzling of gooey salted caramel.
On top, we make a sweet meringue and then torch it to make caramelised golden colour. Decorate it with macarons, and a selection of gold & chocolate balls. Finished with touches of 23k gold leaf.
