- The Inside: you'll find four layers of moist, mouthwatering cake. These layers are complemented by three layers of our signature velvety filling. The cake reaching 15cm before the decorations, ensuring a delicious and visually spectacular experience.

The Decorations: The Jo cake is generously covered with lashings of luxurious, silky chocolate ganache, creating a glossy and decadent finish. The ganache gracefully drips down the sides, adding a touch of elegance and indulgence.
