The Decorations : An icing crown sit on a cloud of buttercream swirls, while tiny stars and sweet crips pearl are scatted around the outside. fun wiggle piping are around the base.
The Finishing Touches: Penelope is finished with a dusting of edible glitter. This luxurious details add a magical touch that makes the cake truly spectacular.
