Delivery Info 

• Delivery is available 6 days a week. Monday till Saturday. 
  Not Sundays ( but, you can collect from our store on Sunday) 
  
  
• To find out if we deliver to your area, place your delivery postcode in the black bar on the top of the website.
  
  
• You will be given the option of adding the delivery to your order at the checkout.
  It's a separate items price that you can choose to add. 
  
  
• When you are in your cart, choose the delivery box
  - Add the delivery address postcode only (Just the post code, not the whole address). 
  -Choose the date you required. 
  
  

• On the morning of your delivery, you’ll receive a text with a 1-hour delivery window so you know exactly when to expect your items 🧁 🎂

  Every morning we carefully plan that days delivery run, to ensure everyone’s delivery arrives as quickly and safely as possible. 
  This means we’re unfortunately, we are able to lock in or guarantee any specific delivery time request.

• If your event is at a specific time, we recommend having it delivered the day before.  (don't worry - Your cake/cupcakes/goodies will be perfect for the next day, however, they will require refrigeration overnight) 
  
  
• Please note we do not deliver to parks, outside play grounds or green-spaces, airports and other areas that do not have safe available loading zones. 
      
• We will not leave a cake unattended, unless given written instructions via email prior to delivery.  ( we seriously don't like doing this - perhaps reach out to your neighbour. They might be able to take it on your behalf.)      
      

If the delivery timeframe does not work for you, you are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect it from our store

The delivery time frames

We’re committed to delivering your cakes and treats as quickly, safely, and beautifully as possible ✨

As a made-to-order bakery, with a "same day ordering" option - every order is freshly prepared on the morning before heading out for delivery. Because of this, and to ensure all deliveries run smoothly, we’re unable to guarantee or pre-book exact delivery times prior to the day.

Here’s what to expect:

• Same Day Delivery is available on weekdays for orders placed before 10am
• On the morning of your delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 1-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your order
• Each day’s the delivery schedule is carefully planned to ensure all customers receive their orders as efficiently as possible

• Pick-up: Order before 12:00pm
  
• Delivery: Order before 10:00am
  
   Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  
• All pick-ups & deliveries must be ordered by 4:30pm Friday

We always do our absolute best to accommodate preferences where we can, however specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If your event is time-sensitive, we always recommend to have your cake delivered the day before and popping it in the fridge overnight — one less thing to worry about on the day!

Delivery Cost:

Delivery is an additional cost, it is calculated based on distance travelled from our store.
It will be included as a seperate itemised charge on your invoice.

Staff do not know the cost of delivery, this is computer generated and calculate on distance at the checkout -  if you decide to change your mind about the delivery, just go back to the previous page and choose to collect. 

“Why don’t you offer free delivery?” 
Great question — and we get it, "Free" sounds great
The truth is, getting all these delicate beauties delivered all over Brisbane ( while fighting the heat, the rain, the traffic, multiple stops) to arrive safely to your door, sometimes on the same day your order it, - in perfect condition, is actually a very big deal. 

Every Cute Cakes creation is baked, designed, decorated and packaged with an incredible amount of care — and we promised you, that it will looks as amazing as it does on the website, and it will when it leaves our kitchen.
That’s why we use our own refrigerated delivery vans and have our team of careful, trained delivery drivers. They know how delicate their cargo is … and let’s just say they’re very motivated to keep them safe ( - they're a little afraid of the cuties back in the kitchen if they ever needed to bring a cake back damaged)

And if something ever did happen while in transit with us?
No problem — We bring it back to the shop, remake it, and deliver it again.

We would never outsource, cut corners, or compromise on service.

 Yes, we could simply increase all our cake prices call it “FREE DELIVERY” like every one does.
However, we prefer to keep our cakes as affordable as possible and let you decide whether you’d like premium delivery service or to pop in to collect from our store.

- If you do decide to collect your cake yourself, it usually goes straight from our fridges to your cars flat area,- normally the passenger footwell, (never a seat or lap) with the air-con on and then straight home. Quick, nice, safe and simple.

Either way, the goal is the same — your cake arrives at your celebration, stress free and looking absolutely spectacular.

Additional information:

• Be advised, if you give us permission to leave it, it must be in a safe area (undercover, on a table, - please don't ask us to put it on the ground). 
  It's best to provide a large esky or box with a note. 
  Remember this is food and will perish very quickly in the hot weather, or rain
  (Queensland only has two seasons-  blistering heat and soaking wet).
  We will not be held responsible ( especially for any ants that want a tasty treat). 
  
  
• We need the phone number of the person who is receiving the items 
  
  
• If the recipient is not there/unable to receive at the time of delivery, or an incorrect delivery address/phone number has been given - Items will be returned to the store, where you can arrange to collect or book another delivery.
  Additional delivery fee will be charged, if you wish to have it delivered again. 
  
  
• Once cake/treat has been delivered to the nominated location, Cute Cakes & Co are not liable for any loss, damage or change of mind. 
  
  
• Same day delivery, when the order is placed by 10am weekdays ( Brisbane time ).
  
  
• Please allow the fact that traffic delays are sometimes out of our control 
  
  

Cake Pickup:

The Address : 640 Samford Rd, Mitchelton, 4053

Our collection opening hours are : 

•  Monday to Friday :  9am till 4pm
•  Saturdays :  9am till 1pm
•  Sundays :  9:30am till 11:30. 

   

  All orders MUST be collected before close of business. 
  If you are unable to collect in these times, your cake will be waiting for you the next day business day.
  - We will only hold for one day,
  ( text us, to let us know that you will come in tomorrow) 

  When collecting from our store please ensure you are happy with your order and all your questions have been answered -  as once cake/treats have left our store, Cute Cakes & Co are not liable for any damage or change of mind. 

  On Collection, you will receive cake care instructions, cutting guild ( if required) and transportation information.

   

  Parking:

  There's a large car park at the back of the shop - two entry points from Samford Road and also Irvine Street. 

When transporting your cake, place it on a flat surface in the car. The best place is on the passenger side floor with the air conditioning blowing onto your feet.

Keep your cake out of direct sunlight.

Do Not leave your cake in the car attended.

Do Not put your cake on the seat or on a lean.

Keep your cake in the fridge.

Your cake is best eaten at room temperature. We recommend taking your cake out of the fridge 2-3 hours before you plan on serving it. (The warmer the day the less time required to bring it to room temperature. The cooler the day the more time is required.)

Remember to place your cake on a flat surface.

If you receive your cake the day before your event, keep it in the fridge over night and it will be perfect for the following day!

We recommend to enjoy your cake withing three days from it leaving our store. (Remember keep it in the fridge.)
